Doesi Estate
Founded in 2019, Doesi Estate is located in the historic village of Doesi, in the Kaspi municipality. The estate spans 10 hectares and includes eight different grape varieties. The winery places great emphasis on sustainability, modern technologies and traditional methods, including qvevri fermentation, are used in wine production to reflect the heritage of the region.
Shida Kartli
Shida Kartli, situated in central Georgia, boasts a winemaking history dating back to 6,000 BC. The region’s moderate climate and diverse terroir contribute to the cultivation of distinctive grape varieties, making it a notable area for Georgian viticulture.
