Terroir
Eclipse's vineyards are set in distinctive corners of Kakheti - in Kvareli, along the banks of the Bursa River and near Nekresi Monastery, as well as in Akhasheni (on the Papari fields).
Each location is set apart by its own soil, climate, and natural conditions. This diversity gives the grapes a unique, special, and distinctive character and shapes the individual style of Eclipse wines.

Red dry wine “Esabi Noble” is made from Saperavi grapes grown in Kakheti. The wine was aged for twelve months in Italian style oak barrels and for another three months in French oak barrels. The wine is cherry colored. It is characterized by aromas of cherry, black currant, caramel and vanilla. The wine has a medium body, balanced and harmonious taste.

After fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for twelve months. The wine is amber in color. It is characterized by aromas of dried apple, vanilla and spices. It is distinguished by velvety tannins, and a balanced and harmonious taste.
