Limited-production dry amber wine, crafted by the Gulordava family, from hand-harvested vineyards in Akhmeta's exceptional terroir. The wine is fermented and aged for six months on skins in traditional Qvevri. It reveals an alluring bouquet of dried quince, apricot purée, and honeyed acacia flowers, elegantly intertwined with nuances of toasted coconut, vanilla pod, and baking spices from six months' élevage in French oak. The complex flavors culminate in a remarkably balanced finish. Best served at 13-15°C.
