The wine is produced in accordance with traditional winemaking principles, through natural fermentation under the influence of Lechkhumi’s unique environmental and climatic conditions, fully revealing the wine’s identity. Lilia is produced in limited quantities and represents a wine of tasting and collectible value. Its aromatic bouquet harmoniously reveals notes of ripe cherries, wild red berries, blackberries, and wildflowers, which contribute to a perfectly balanced palate, a velvety structure, and a long, refined finish. It is recommended to serve at 12–14°C. It leaves an exceptional impression when enjoyed as a standalone tasting wine and also pairs harmoniously with desserts, soft cheeses, and mold-ripened cheeses. The optimal storage temperature is 12–16°C, in a dark, cool, and stable environment.
