Can I return a wine if I just didn't like the taste?
We can't accept returns for opened bottles unless there's a fault (like cork taint or damage).
But if something went wrong, let us know and we'll help.
Do you issue invoices with VAT?
Yes, we can issue full VAT invoices for both individuals and businesses. Just let us know during checkout or contact us afterward.
How do you store the wines?
We store wines in a temperature-stable environment, away from sunlight and vibration. We treat them like they're our own.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes! Just choose the “Pickup” option at checkout. You'll get directions and pickup hours after confirming your order.
How long does it take to get my wine?
Usually 1-3 business days, depending on your location. We'll send a confirmation once it's on the way.
