But if something goes wrong, we're here to make it right.

    1. Damaged or faulty products

    If your order arrives with damaged bottles, broken seals, or anything else that's not as it should be:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup
  • Send us a photo of the issue, along with your order number
  • We'll offer a replacement, refund, or a store credit, depending on the situation and your preference

    2. Incorrect orders

    If you receive the wrong product:

  • Let us know within 48 hours
  • We'll arrange a return and send you the correct item or offer a refund

    3. Non-returnable items

    We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened bottles (unless faulty)
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

    4. Pickup and inspection

    For pickups at our location:

  • Please check your items before leaving, if possible
  • If you notice an issue later, contact us within 48 hours

    5. How to start a return

    To report an issue or start a return:

  • Include your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable)

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you paid in cash at pickup, you can receive cash refund or store credit.
