But if something goes wrong, we're here to make it right.
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup
- Send us a photo of the issue, along with your order number
- We'll offer a replacement, refund, or a store credit, depending on the situation and your preference
1. Damaged or faulty products
If your order arrives with damaged bottles, broken seals, or anything else that's not as it should be:
- Let us know within 48 hours
- We'll arrange a return and send you the correct item or offer a refund
2. Incorrect orders
If you receive the wrong product:
- Opened bottles (unless faulty)
- Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
3. Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of:
- Please check your items before leaving, if possible
- If you notice an issue later, contact us within 48 hours
