Pirveli Winery

Pirveli Winery is a testament to how the family's journey has always been marked by a strong sense of determination, creativity, and a deep respect for the land. The winery grew under the care of three generations simultaneously, each bringing unique perspectives and visions, all driven by a shared passion for winemaking. Together, they added fresh viewpoints and ideas to the unfolding story. Every bottle produced by Pirveli Winery tells a story. It is a living reminder of the challenges faced, and victories enjoyed. Each grape, carefully cared for through seasons and storms, symbolizes the family's journey of strength. It signifies the difficulties they've overcome and their unwavering commitment to growth and improvement. The Tsereteli family had a bold idea, and now Pirveli Winery is a living tribute to their vision. Aside from their remarkable ability to capture the essence of the land in their wines, these bottles also hold the hopes and goals of a family that embarked on an ambitious new journey in winemaking.
Gulgula village, Kakheti
Pirveli Winery is located in Kakheti, one of Georgia's most renowned wine districts, where you'll find the 20 Qvevri & 270 tonnes of classic wine. Pirveli Winery takes pride in its vast 32-hectare family-owned land. The village of Gulgula, nestled on the Alazani field on the left bank of the Turdo River (right bank of Alazani), is where Pirveli Winery is based. They are committed to eco-friendly practices, limiting their wine production to 4-5 tonnes per hectare, prioritizing quality over quantity. This way, every vine gets the attention it needs, resulting in rich flavors. The competition between vines adds complexity, and careful vineyard management ensures a balanced environment. Their meticulous winemaking process refines the wine, bringing out its unique character.
