It is from these very roots that Nimbi comes, a winery founded in 2024 by Bacho Bughdiashvili and Vato Otkhmezuri. Their love for the vine united them ith one goal: to discover the full potential of Georgian wine, which would claim a istinguished place in the premium segment.

The wine is characterized by a straw color with a greenish hue. Along with mineral aromas, we encounter white stone fruit and tropical tones: more pronounced are quince, green apple, and papaya. In taste, the wine is mineral with recurring fruit notes along with spices, has above-medium acidity and a light, pleasant texture, distinguished by balanced structure and a long finish.

The wine is dark cherry-colored, brilliant. Red berry aromas are pronounced, balanced with eucalyptus and licorice tones. The aromas perceived on the nose are repeated, with strong, balanced tannins and a long finish.
