The wine is made from the Saperavi grape variety, grown in the Mukuzani microzone of the Gurjaani municipality, in Georgia’s Kakheti region - one of the most distinguished terroirs where this variety fully expresses its potential. It is produced using the traditional Georgian method - in qvevri.
