The wine is made from 85% Rkatsiteli and 15% Kakhuri Mtsvane grape varieties, grown in the Vazisubani microzone of the Gurjaani municipality, in the Kakheti region — one of the most distinguished terroirs, where these grape varieties are known for their exceptional quality. The wine is produced using the traditional Georgian method.
