Pét-nat is a naturally sparkling wine made by bottling wine during its first fermentation, without added sugar or yeast. It's unfiltered, lightly fizzy, and often slightly cloudy, with bright, fruity, and sometimes funky flavors. Best served chilled with light fare, from seafood to fresh salads.
