Made from the favourite grape variety grown in Kakheti – Kakhetian Mtsvane. Characterized by a light beige and light green colour. Distinguished by an aroma of sharply expressed citrus and gentle field flowers. With a soft, delicate, pleasantly sour taste. Recommended with meat salads, salmon, and fried duck meat. Wine tasting temperature: 12–14°C.
