The wine is made from the Rkatsiteli grape variety, which is cultivated in the Kakheti region, namely in Telavi, which is known as one of the best places for revealing the full potential of this grape variety. The wine is made by the Georgian traditional method in qvevri, fermented and macerated on the chacha (grape skins and stems), which enhances its structure, complexity, and aromatic profile.
