გულორდავას საოჯახო მეღვინეობა მცირე-საშუალო მეღვინეობაა, რომელიც დაფუძნებულია ღვინის კულტურის მიმართ ღრმა სიყვარულსა და მჭიდრო კავშირზე. მრავალწლიანი გამოცდილების შთაგონებით, მეღვინეობის დამფუძნებელმა ცხოვრებისეული ოცნება რეალობად აქცია და შექმნა გამორჩეული ღვინოები, რომლებიც ჰარმონიულად აერთიანებს ტრადიციასა და ინოვაციას. 2021-2022 წლებში გულორდავას საოჯახო მეღვინეობა ბაზარზე ოფიციალურად გამოჩნდა, როგორც პრემიუმ კლასის, ლიმიტირებული რაოდენობის ღვინის მწარმოებელი კომპანია. სტრატეგიული ხედვა იყო და არის ისეთი ღვინოების შეთავაზება, რომლებიც ასახავს ქართულ ტრადიციას და თანამედროვე მეღვინეობის მაღალ სტანდარტებს. 2025 წელს ბრენდმა გახსნა პირველი ოფიციალური შოურუმი, სადაც ეწყობა დეგუსტაციები და პროდუქტის პრეზენტაციები, ამავდროულად ბრენდის იდენტობა კიდევ უფრო დაიხვეწა, პრემიუმ ბაზრის შესაბამისად. მეღვინეობა წარმატებით მონაწილეობს რეგიონულ და საერთაშორისო ღვინის ფესტივალებსა და კონკურსებში, სადაც დაიმსახურა ადრეული აღიარება და დადებითი შეფასებები პროფესიონალებისგან. 2023 წელს ბრენდმა მიიღო ვერცხლის მედალი ქვევრის წითელ ღვინოზე და ბრინჯაოს მედალი რქაწითელზე Decanter World Wine Awards-ის ფარგლებში. გულორდავას საოჯახო მეღვინეობა ქმნის ღვინოებს საქართველოს ყველაზე გამორჩეულ ტერუარებში - ქვემო ქართლი, კახეთი, იმერეთი, სამეგრელო, ლეჩხუმი - სადაც უნიკალური მიკროკლიმატები, ნიადაგები და ტრადიციები განსაზღვრავს თითოეული ყურძნის ინდივიდუალურ ხასიათს. თითოეულ რეგიონში პატივს მივაგებთ ტრადიციულ ქვევრის ტექნოლოგიასა და თანამედროვე მაღალტექნოლოგიურ მეთოდებს, რითიც მიღწეულია დახვეწილობა და ბალანსი.
