Limited-production dry white wine, crafted by the Gulordava family from hand-picked Chinuri and Goruli Mtsvane grapes grown in old vineyards nestled in the famous village Ateni, Kartli. Fermented using the classic method without skin contact, the wine is crisp and vibrant, expressing the pure character of both varieties. Aromas of citrus peel, kiwi, green apple, and herbs intertwine with subtle notes of green tea. Lively, aromatic, and beautifully balanced, it pairs harmoniously with fresh vegetable salads, grilled fish, and cheese plates. Best served chilled at 8–12°C.
