Limited-production dry red wine, crafted by the Gulordava family from hand-picked Ojaleshi grapes grown in the village of Salkhino, in the heart of Martvili. After fermentation, the wine refines for six months in stainless steel, preserving the variety’s vivid character. Ruby in color and rich in phenolic depth, it bursts with aromas of blackberry, wild raspberry, and the distinct floral-spicy signature of Ojaleshi. Silky, vibrant, and beautifully balanced, it finishes long, fresh, and true to its western Georgian roots. Best served at 14-16°C.
