Limited-production dry amber wine, crafted by the Gulordava family from hand-harvested Rkatsiteli grapes, carefully selected from old vineyards in Kakheti, Akhmeta region. The wine is fermented and aged for six months on skins in traditional Qvevri. It reveals a vibrant bouquet of dried yellow fruits, floral hints, and subtle autumnal notes. On the palate, flavors of pear, apricot, dried leaves, and ripe fig unfold with complexity and balance. Best served at 12-14°C.
