Made from Saperavi, a grape variety that grows in the Kakheti region, Kindzmarauli microzone. Characterized by a dark burgundy hue, a well-expressed varietal aroma, and cherry and blackberry tones. Has a velvety, harmonious, balanced taste. Recommended with fruits, chocolate, cake, dried fruits, and churchkhela. Wine tasting temperature: 12–14°C.
