Kindzmarauli is produced in a name-place specific viticulture area from Saperavi grapes. A silky, complex initial palate leads to a full-flavored mid-palate with overlaid notes of cherry, blackberry, and prune. Its clean, fresh, and balanced complexity lingers in a long, lingering finish. Food pairing: Desserts, sweet biscuits, and soft cheese. Serve at: 12–14°C.
