Saperavi is a dry red wine made from Saperavi grapes. It has a rich purple-red color and a youthful character, with plenty of woodland berry fruit and cherries on the nose. The taste is well balanced with subtle spicy notes. Food pairing: Roast beef, lamb, or grilled steak. Serve at: 16–18°C.
